The sleek and smooth Lectro-Kennel Heat Pad is perfect for keeping your pet warm and cozy. The internal thermostat keeps the temperature of the pad warmed to your pet’s normal body temperature. When your pet is not on the pad, the heat will dissipate into the air and the surface temperature will vary according to the ambient air temperature. When your pet lies down, the temperature of the pad will rise. You can lay this pad flat on the floor or attach it to a wall. Can be used indoors and outdoors and is perfect for dog or cat houses, porches, garages, barns on in the home. The interior of pad has numerous support braces throughout the pad to prevent “bowing” and provides extended life. Constructed of rugged ABS plastic with a 5.5 ft steel-wrapped cord. If you need extra cord length, you may use a UL-listed extension cord indoors or outdoors. One year warranty.

Each pad comes with a removable, washable fleece Cover that is safe for indoor or outdoor use. Made of faux lambskin, it adds some comfort while allowing warmth to radiate through to your pet.

The Lectro-Temp Control (purchased separately) is recommended for whelping puppies, recovering animals or any time pets cannot remove themselves from the pad. The temperature can be varied between completely off and 102° F.

Most Commonly Asked Question: Why isn’t my bed warming up?
Answer: When your pet is not on the pad, the heat will dissipate into the air and the surface temperature will vary according to the ambient air temperature. When your pet lies down, the temperature of the pad will rise. Please test the bed or pad by placing a pillow on top of the product. After about 15 minutes, feel under the pillow. It should feel warm, not hot.
