Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receipt for most products. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
  • Certain products may have additional requirements (see below)

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used Dewormers and medications
  • Biosecurity products that have been opened
  • Dental Care items that have been used
  • Ear Care and Eye Care products that have been opened
  • Any Flea, Tick & Pest Control products that have been opened

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our team within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your request
  2. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange
  3. Wait for approval – we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
  4. Package your return securely with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside
  5. Ship your return to our facility at:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund:

  • Original payment method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Bank processing: Additional 3-10 business days may be required for the refund to appear on your statement

Exchanges

For exchanges of the same value:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Include a note specifying the replacement item you’d like
  3. We’ll ship your new item once the return is processed

For exchanges of different value, we’ll process a refund for the returned item and charge separately for the new item.

If you received a damaged item or incorrect product:

  • Include photos of the damaged item or incorrect product
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
