Shipping Information
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from our facility in Salinas, California.
Shipping Options
We offer two convenient shipping methods to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas in Asia and other select regions). Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process.
Return Policy Overview
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used Dewormers and medications
- Biosecurity products that have been opened
- Dental Care items that have been used
- Ear Care and Eye Care products that have been opened
- Any Flea, Tick & Pest Control products that have been opened
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact us within 15 days at [email protected] with your request
- Provide your order number and details about the product
- Wait for approval – we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
- Package your return securely with the RMA number clearly visible
- Ship your return to: Revival Animal Health Returns Department

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days):
- Original payment method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Bank processing: Additional 3-10 business days may be required for the refund to appear on your statement
Exchanges
For exchanges of the same value:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Include a note specifying the replacement item you’d like
- We’ll ship your new item once the return is processed
For exchanges of different value, we’ll process a refund for the returned item and charge separately for the new item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged item or incorrect product:

- Include photos of the damaged item or incorrect product
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
